As Owner & CEO of FCS International Jayne Harvey travels extensively as a consultant, facilitator and trainer for health care related topics and management issues. Jayne is able to draw on her over 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse specializing in senior care, client advocacy, consultant to direct family members, educator and trainer of varied topics ranging from team building, nursing practice, dementia care, leadership training just to name a few. As an educator she provides practical strategies, tools and recommendations that reflect long term care organizations and providers embracing and respecting existing expertise and resources. Her dynamic style is as motivational and practical as it is energetic and entertaining. When she isn't traveling, Jayne continues to work as a Charge Nurse in a long-term care home. She loves getting to know people's stories and sharing some of her own. Laughter and learning are Jayne's passion, along with building positive and healthy moments.
RD with over 25 years experience working in the management of the nutritional care of residents in a long term care environment; also Managing and faciliting the organization of food service operations at corporate head office level while working with all members of a healthcare team.
