Keynote Speaker:   Bruce Barnes

Bruce Barnes, Senior Manager of Marketing Services, at Houston Based Sysco Corporation, currently leads a team of marketing professionals focused on enhancing Sysco customer profitability. Offering menu analysis, design and consultation, the Marketing Services team works directly with Sysco customers across the country providing industry leading solutions and services. In his 25+ year career with Sysco, Bruce has been a Merchandiser, Sales Consultant, New Business Developer, Sysco Brands Manager, and Menu Consultant. Prior to Sysco, he worked in operations for a multi-unit restaurant chain, started a “Menu Based” marketing company, and had a short stint operating his own bakery/restaurant. (That’s a story for another time!) Menus and marketing have always been his passion, and he now devotes much of his time to Sysco Studio – the recipe analysis, engineering and design tool that Sysco offers all its customers. Bruce is graduate of Central Michigan University / Hospitality Management program and currently resides in West Michigan. Bruce’s daughter is in real estate if you’re looking for a Summer place…

Keynote Speaker:   Heidi Harrington

Heidi Harrington, Senior Manager of Marketing Services, at Houston based Sysco Corporation, currently leads a team of restaurant marketing experts who provide menu analysis, consultation, and design services to Sysco customers. The Marketing Services team works directly with operators across the county providing industry-leading solutions and services to help them market and promote their business, streamline operations, and increase profitability. In her nearly 20-year career in the restaurant marketing industry, Heidi has worked at Sysco for the last seven years, where she provides team leadership, operational, and analytics support, along with fulfilling the roles of menu consultant and graphic designer. Prior to Sysco, she helped to establish an independent restaurant marketing and menu design agency. Heidi is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and lives on the lakeshore in West Michigan.

Featured Speaker:   Pebble Anderson

Pebble Anderson, Director of Creative Services, at Houston based Sysco Corporation, currently leads a team of content creators across digital and analog marketing channels. A key objective of the team is to enrich the customer experience by developing and delivering relevant business building tools, for foodservice operators across the Sysco enterprise.   She has managed and led in a variety of roles within Sysco, including both customer and product marketing. Most recently, Pebble also led marketing for national account customers, utilizing insights and trends to design value added programs for their business. Additionally, she has created Sysco brand communications and marketing assets for the revitalized Sysco brand portfolio, including the new Sysco Simply platform.   Prior to Sysco, Pebble was a part of the Strategic Relationship Group with the American Express Company, developing cobranded marketing messages directly for small business card holders. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and resides in Sugar Land, TX with her husband and two daughters.
