The ServSafe Food program will educate your employees on food safety, help reduce liability risks, minimize insurance costs and improve food quality. A Servsafe manager has access to the resources of the National Restaurant Associations Servsafe program, including handouts, instructional aids, books and the Food handlers program to teach your staff food handling safety within your organization. Servsafe Manager Certification meets the requirements of the Colorado State Department of Health as a “P.I.C.” Person in charge as adopted by the 2013 food code going into effect 2019.

Most importantly, you will be protecting your customers.

  • $97 for Sysco Customers per person / $120 non-affiliated per person
  • $35 for ServSafe Manager Class Retakes including exam
  • $25 for Manager, or Instructor exam only. Arrive 2:30 PM the day of class
  • Class starts at 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • If time permits a ServSafe book and study guide will be mailed or delivered by your MA or AE after enrollment. Pre-study, and answering chapter review questions is highly recommended.
